COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It is caused by a virus called Coronavirus.

Residents should ensure that all relevant advice provided by the Government, Public Health England and the NHS is followed.

Carers Information and Support Service

As the situation with coronavirus evolves we are working hard to ensure that carers are still offered the much needed support they may require at this time.

Our service is temporally moving to a telephone service following the guidelines around social distancing. Please be reassured that we are available during our normal working hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Guide for families supporting people with Autism.

The Social Institute for Excellence has developed the a guide to help family members and carers supporting adults and children with learning disabilities or an autistic adult or child through the COVID-19 crisis. Its aim is to ensure that carers are able to carry on giving good, safe support to their family members during the pandemic.
