You can use the community directory to search for local groups, activities, services and more to help support you in your everyday life.

Community Navigators work with individuals to improve their health, wellbeing and social networks. Based in community settings across Hull, the team provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people in Hull find activities in their area.
