Leisure Centres

Hull Culture and Leisure offer first class sport and leisure facilities for both casual and club users. Facilities include swimming pools, multi-purpose sports halls, an athletics stadium and new outdoor tennis court at Costello Stadium, the region’s largest ice rink and the regions only cycle track. They also have outdoor all weather pitches suitable for hockey, football and general training practices.

Parks

Hull’s parks are beautiful, relaxing spaces which play host to a range of activities and events enjoyed by the whole community. They are also home to a variety of sports clubs, friends groups and community organisations.

Library

Hull Culture and Leisure have 12 libraries across the city that provide a wide range of materials for loan, computers and internet access and a fantastic range of events and activities. The also offer a home library service for those who are unable to get to a library.

Joining the library is free, as are most of its services and events. You can even access some of the information resources from the comfort of your home.

Museums

You can find the Museums Quarter on High Street in the heart of the Old Town, on the banks of the River Hull. The old warehouses, merchant dwellings, lanes and pubs nearby all lend their unique flavour to this historic district.

All of Hull’s museums are situated in Hull City Centre and are within short walking distance of the bus and train station (Paragon Interchange).
