Want to try something new, get active or speak to someone about benefits, housing or money worries?

If so, our Community Navigators can help you. The Community Navigation Hull is a free and confidential service for people who live in Hull or are registered with a Hull GP.

What is Hull Community Navigation?

Community Navigators work with individuals to improve their health, wellbeing and social networks.

Based in community settings across Hull, the team provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people in Hull find activities in their area.

They can link people with advice, mental health services, healthy lifestyle activities, volunteer opportunities and more.

They work in a holistic way that takes into account individuals’ needs, goals and existing networks.
