Following on from the successful Carers Marketplace event held in June 2023 at the Hull Guildhall, the organisations involved would like to share information about who they are and what they can offer. Please find the organisations and their information below:

Fitmums and friends are proud to offer a number of activities aimed at carers they include:
Evening fitness walking sessions in clubs at Boothferry (based in Hessle), East Hull (based on Elm Ave), Beverley (leisure Centre) and Cottingham (Sports Pavilion).
Daytime fitness walks at East Park and Beverley Leisure Centre. These are both suitable for buggies or wheelchairs too.
We also offer running and Nordic Walking (Beverley only). And and intensive 1-1 support to help anybody who may feel they need it.

DFN Project SEARCH provides internships and employment training for people with a variety of learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum conditions aged 18-24.

The Hull 0-19 IPHN Service is delivered and lead through the Healthy Child Programme. It offers a comprehensive programme of screening, developmental reviews, information, early intervention/prevention and health promotion guidance to support parenting and healthy choices which enhance a child or young person's life chances.
