If you have a recognised disability, you can apply for a disability Buss Pass. This gives you access to free Bus travel when the journey begins within the Hull Boundary.
This scheme in Hull allows for travel 24 hours a day every day. Passes are valid on regular bus services only and not excursions.

A disability +C bus pass is intended for use by anyone who cannot use public transport alone. This pass will allow the holder to travel with a companion (who must not be accompanying the person as a part of their paid employment) free of charge. This pass is not available for children aged under 11 as children under this age will normally be accompanied by an adult.

Intended for the disabled the Easy Rider Wallet is bright orange with plastic pockets into which the holder can place important information, helping to make using public transport easier and making people more independent. The wallet alerts bus, taxi drivers and Paragon Interchange staff, that the holder may need assistance.

If you live in England and are eligible by age, you are entitled to a bus pass giving free travel on local buses anywhere in England.
Journeys must start after 9.30 am and before 11 pm Monday to Friday; Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays the pass is valid all day.
The Hull City Council have funded an addition to this scheme permitting residents of Hull to use their bus pass anytime of the day for journeys starting within the city boundary.
The age you become eligible is tied to changes in the state pension age for women. This affects both men and women.
